Payment

Paying by Credit Card

Credit card payment is accepted via the four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through our gateway and all information is secured through a 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any credit card information for transactions processed through our website. 

Payment with Additional Methods

Athena Supply accepts payment via checkout with PayPal. Additional terms of payment, including pricing, may be communicated to you via our website or other means and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Unless otherwise stated, all of our prices are denominated in United States dollars. Payment by check is not accepted by Athena Supply at this time. No payment method may be taken over the phone by Athena Supply. 

Warranty

Athena Supply Limited Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

Athena Supply honors all manufacturer warranties for our products. In the event that there is no warranty offered by the manufacturer, Athena Supply offers a 1 year warranty on all non-disposable items. If you are experiencing an issue with a product purchased through Athena Supply that is still covered by a valid manufacturer's warranty, please contact a customer service representative at orders@athena-supply.com. Athena Supply will advise you of the next steps for getting your replacement as fast as possible. In some cases this will require you to troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturer directly to obtain a case or claim number. Because of the nature of warranty claims, this process can sometimes take several business days. We will do everything we can to minimize the wait and resolve your issue.

In many cases, larger items that are malfunctioning will not be eligible for a whole unit exchange. Warranty policies for such items typically cover parts only and labor costs are rarely covered. Most manufacturer warranties will allow for replacement only. Items are generally not eligible to return for credit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the warranty item back to Athena Supply. Athena Supply will pay the shipping costs to send out the warranty replacement once approved by the manufacturer.

Item(s) must be used in appropriate applications, and replacement parts must be the correct listed replacement suggested by the manufacturer in order to be eligible for warranty coverage. Athena Supply reserves the right to limit the quantity of replacements issued under warranty if not specified under the Manufacturer warranty policy.

ATHENA SUPPLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION. 
  2. ATHENA SUPPLY MAKES NO WARRANTIES TO THOSE DEFINED AS CONSUMERS IN THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY-FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION IMPROVEMENT ACT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ATHENA SUPPLY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. ATHENA SUPPLY'S LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

Shipping

In-stock orders which qualify as "standard ground" and which are placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time ship the same day that the order is placed. In-stock orders that qualify as "freight shipments" ship within two business days of the order being placed. For orders that are partially in stock, a customer service representative will notify the customer within the same business day. The customer will have the option to proceed with multiple shipments, in which case the customer may incur an additional shipping charge.

Orders that are not in-stock may be drop shipped from a vendor/manufacturer within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. In this case, a customer service representative will notify the customer of the delayed shipment within one business day.

On rare occasions, items may be unavailable for an extended period of time. This most commonly occurs for items that are out of stock with Athena Supply and our vendor network. These situations require us to wait until the next manufacturing run for the item to become available and in this case, a customer service representative will notify the customer of the delay within the next business day and present alternative options if available.

Fees associated with incorrect shipping address information, including but not limited to address type, liftgate requirements, reconsignment, etc. will be passed along to the customer. Standard freight trucks do not have lift gates. If you require a lift gate with your delivery please contact orders@athena-supply.com and reference your order number. Additional shipping fees may apply. You do not need a lift gate if your delivery location has a loading dock or forklift.

Athena Supply will not process orders that require third party international freight forwarding companies, such as DHL. Athena Supply will not process orders to destinations outside of the United States.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled online by clicking 'View/Edit' next to the corresponding order here - then selecting 'Cancel Order' by following the link provided in your confirmation email or by phone. Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to set up a return and send the material back with a Return Material Authorization form. You can set up your return and create your Return Material Authorization Form by using our return tool or calling customer service. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges for the order and the shipping charges associated with the return for any order cancellations after shipment has been made by Athena Supply.

Freight Packages — Please Inspect Upon Delivery

Please inspect all freight packages carefully before signing for them. If a package looks damaged in any way as a result of the shipping process, please do not sign for it. Refuse delivery and contact an Athena Supply customer service representative immediately with a description of the damage. Athena Supply will contact the freight company and begin a claim so that we can send a new product to you right away. If you are unsure whether the shipment looks damaged or not, please inspect it further and open it in front of the driver before signing that it has been received. It is your right as a customer to 15 minutes of the driver's time in order to fully inspect any freight packages. In the event that you notice concealed damages after the driver has left, you must notify Athena Supply within 24 hours of receipt. Note: if you would like a lift gate, an extra fee may apply. If a lift gate is required as determined by the shipping provided an extra fee will be assessed and the customer will be responsible for the additional payment prior to delivery being made.
