Return Policy


Athena Supply stands behind the goods it sells, and wants customers to be satisfied with them. Athena Supply will always work to take care of our customers fairly and reasonably. To begin a return go here.

All returns require a return authorization approval from Athena Supply. Return authorizations must be received within sixty (60) days of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund on the purchase price if eligible. After sixty (60) days from date of purchase returns are still possible up to one hundred twenty (120) days from date of purchase, however only credit will be available for eligible returns after sixty (60) days and prior to one hundred twenty (120) days from date of purchase. After one hundred twenty (120) days from date of purchase, no returns are accepted by Athena Supply. Items returned without a return authorization approval from Athena Supply will be discarded.

All refunds are applied to the tender with which returned items were purchased. No refund can be issued other than to the original tender made at time of purchase. All credits are valid for sixty (60) days from date of issuance after which point credits will no longer be valid, credits may not be exchanged for any alternate form of currency and are not transferable to any party or persons other than the recipient of the credit from Athena Supply. Athena Supply will provide a pre-paid shipping label if the item(s) being returned have a combined weight of less than 75 lbs, if a customer ordered an item incorrectly the customer is responsible for making return shipping arrangements to the return address location provided by Athena Supply. Once received back to our fulfillment facility and the condition of the product is verified, Athena Supply will either issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion. Customers will need to provide the Athena Supply order number, received electronically at time of purchase, for reference purposes when the return is requested. Without proof of purchase, a return authorization cannot be generated and no refunds or credits can be issued. If the item is received back in a condition that shows it has been used or is not in merchantable condition a picture will be provided to the customer explaining why the refund is being denied. Athena Supply may, at its sole discretion, issue a restocking fee for any products returned.

For items weighing more than a combined value of 75 lbs., the customer will be responsible for making the shipping arrangements back to the Athena Supply fulfillment location of Athena Supply's choosing. Athena Supply will not pay, nor be liable for, the return shipping costs if the product(s) combined weight is greater than 75 lbs. For items where the customer ordered the incorrect item the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges, in addition to original order shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges for all warranty item claims.

Non-Returnable Items

A small number of items that we sell are labeled as "Non-Returnable". This is due to the special order nature of such items, and items so marked on Athena Supply’s store are not eligible for the standard return policy described on this page. We do not accept returns or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items. If you require assistance with a Non-Returnable item, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)

It is rare that Athena Supply sends out the wrong products, as we double check every order. However, mistakes do occur, you must notify Athena Supply within 3 calendar days of delivery by using our return tool to create and print your Return Material Authorization form. You can also call or email our Customer Service Team to set up the return for you. A picture of the incorrect products must be included in the Return Material Authorization form, if a picture is not received the return will be denied. For fastest replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) ordered when we receive your return). If you do not place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your returned items. All products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. The Return Material Authorization form must be included in the box.
